We went to a new restaurant opened by the owner of our favorite sushi restaurant. And it was my wife's treat tonight. LOL!
Oh, they have a rare sake from Hitakami, a special A Yamada-Nishiki. This makes me so excited.
I don't need to comment any more😊.
It's gorgeous, tasty, sharp, and has it all. It's a quintessential perfection.
The food is also great. All the snacks are good, but the natural tiger globefish milt. Nigiri, or rather, a bowl of rice topped with half-boiled salmon roe and nodoguro. This is a must visit again in the near future 😁.
