Pick up some nozawana tempura and horse sashimi 🥰.
I can taste the flavor of the rice.
Perhaps because it is junmai, it does not have the same sweetness and depth as junmai ginjo.
However, the dryness of the sake with a sake strength of +7 washes away the fat of the horse sashimi, making it a crisp and refreshing sake for a meal.
I don't dislike it.

Nagano is said to have the second largest number of sake breweries in Japan, so you can still expect to encounter sake you never knew existed!
The food is also delicious😋.
I highly recommend a drinking trip.
