Today, the family went to the fishing park in the morning 🐟.
Caught one mackerel that my daughter caught 😂.
But in good timing, a friend of mine from far away sent me a snapper he caught 😆.
I paired it with Machida Sake Brewery's "Nao Kumi" sake.
Fresh citrus-like aroma.
The fresh acidity and gasiness that is typical of Machida fills the mouth.
The gasiness fills the mouth and the sweetness is not too strong but clear,
The sweetness is not too strong and clear.
It is a perfect match for grilled fish,
It is gorgeous but not too sweet,
It can be paired with sashimi without any discomfort.
And the costa is the best👍.
