I fell prey to the quick freeze button, which is a certain Lemacom thing.
When I got home after work, all the stock bottles were ticking😭.
Shinomine was afraid a bottle was broken!
This Hayashi was also thawed out naturally from a fully frozen bottle. I really wanted to let it sit longer, but now I have no choice but to taste it.
I'm not sure. I don't know how much influence the flash freezing has, but it tastes very good cold.
The pungency is adequate, but the acidity is very nice.
I think it will be okay even if I let it sit for a while longer.
