I was looking forward to this autumn sake, and as soon as it went on sale, it seemed to be in short supply, so I managed to get a bottle.
It was even better than I expected.
The fruity sweetness and strong acidity are refreshing and easy to drink, but the umami is so rich that you will never get bored of it!
I love the acidity of Senkyoku!
