常に初陣I bought Tanaka Rokuugo because I eat only sushi for sake.
The aroma is fresh and mellow, with a touch of sweetness, but it cuts through crisply. There is no alcohol smell until the end, and the umami is stable. It really goes well with sushi! You can drink as much as you want with low alcohol.
