It's refreshing, slightly sour, and full of flavor, but with a clean aftertaste.
It goes with everything! I ate it with pickled yam and duck ham. I thought the duck ham, which has a very unique flavor, would not go well with it, but it did with a clean aftertaste. This is amazing!
