秋の日差しがまだ暖かく感じられる夕方に一杯。香りは炊いたお米が中心で控えめ。口に含むと一気に表情が出て、少し煮た果実やほのかな紫の花のニュアンス。後味は短めだが、白チョコのような甘い余韻とわずかなアルコール感。全体として気取らず、わりと心地よく飲める一本。
Tasted at the end of a warm, sunny autumn day. The nose is rice-led and restrained. On the palate it opens up with cooked-fruit notes and a light violet hint. Short finish, with a touch of white-chocolate sweetness and a bit of alcohol heat. Overall, unpretentious and pleasantly easy to drink.
