shinjiIt's delicious, with an intense umami and sweetness that comes with a bang. I think it's a fire-hardened sake, but it tastes almost exactly the same as the raw sake I had before (ugh). Personally, I prefer the second day to the first, as it's calmer. Either way, it was delicious!
