I purchased a bottle last year and was very impressed, so this season I am purchasing a bottle.
Opening the bottle was surprisingly smooth, not as smooth as last year.
After mixing the lees, I poured it into a glass.
The aroma is of rum.
When you take a sip, you will notice that it is not as sweet as last year. It is not as sweet as last year, and it seems to be a little drier.
However, for me, this is just right.
It is perfect for this time of year.
In my mind, "Hirotogawa" is the must-have nigori in winter and this is the must-have in summer.
Will you drink it again?
