Like the famous Hiran, Fukkai is a sake from Hirado, Nagasaki Prefecture!
Fukuda Shuzo's new brand, the brand name has changed from "Fukuda" to "Fukkai"!
Isn't it awesome that their debut is nigori? 😚.

soft and tasty
acidity clean and nice
mineral and greeful bitter aftertaste
very dry and suitable for a medium-bodied wine
