Amabuki Omachi Kimoto Junmai daiginjo.... I am amazed. This proud super premium sake is one of my favourites, definitely my favourite Junmai daiginjo class!
The Kimoto style of fermentation brings just enouph umami and cereal grains to perfectly balance with the floral and fruity aromas of this amazing bottle!! Wow!
