HasteI was looking forward to drinking spring sake, but it snowed from morning to evening. it has really snowed a lot since March.
The rice is 50% polished Hyakushikai from Aomori Prefecture. It is elegant, sweet and soft to drink. The label is beautiful. I never get tired of looking at it.
