Rice polishing rate 65%. 13° alcohol 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture It is made from white koji, which is used for shochu liqueur. It looks interesting from the label. When you drink it... The acidity is obvious. It has a strong sweet taste. It's like pineapple juice...? I'm sure it's juicy. On the second day, the acidity flies off a bit and the sweetness is more pronounced. For me personally, I preferred the first day.
