Junmai Daiginjo with 35% Tojo Yamadanishiki

The aroma is slightly sweet apple, and there is also a sweet aroma of alcohol.
Typical Junmai Daiginjo with a slightly sweet taste.
The taste is as expected with clear sweet umami and low acidity.
However, the fullness of the umami is more than expected, and the taste is very full and satisfying.
A little graininess at the end, but there is no bitterness and it all comes together nicely.
Delicious!
Not many impressive characteristics, but no shortcomings, very high quality and delicious sake as a standard product.
