I guess sake is not dead in Shimane Prefecture. When I went to the supermarket, I was surprised to see both local and major sake on the shelves. I had intended not to buy sake this time, but I bought some.
At the inn, I immediately drank a bottle of fresh Izumo Fuji and disposed of the bottle before I could record it in a photograph.
The ginjo aroma was not strong, but it tasted like a ginjo sake and was very easy to drink.
