Let's start with the supernatant.
There's still some firing. It's a bit sweet. It's thick, and the acidity is strong. It has a pleasant bitterness. I mix it gently.
It doesn't mix at all. There are a lot of orifices, so I could barely mix it.
It is sweet, but the richness has subsided, and there is a moderate sourness and a mild bitterness that lingers. It's low in alcohol by volume and has a good amount of carbonation, so it's easy to gulp it down.
My expectations may have been too high. Personally, I prefer Hirotogawa's Nigori.
Be careful not to drink too much😋.
