Kamikawa Taisetsu after a long time. Special pure rice made from 100% non-red comet.
The aroma of the just-opened bottle is slightly sweet. The mouthfeel is slightly tingling.
The taste is quite sweet with a banana-like sensation.
The aftertaste is surprisingly light. But it has a strong alcohol aftertaste.
From the second day, the sweetness becomes less intense, and after the initial banana taste, there is a pear-like sweetness and a touch of astringency.
I think I prefer the taste after the second day to the freshly opened one 😊.
