New Year's Day in 2023 was right around the time I had my first corona. Since I had never been vaccinated against corona, I decided to drink Kidoizumi thinking that sake was the vaccine.
It is made from high-temperature Yamahai sake. It seems to be effective for a weak body. I heard that an old man once said that Yamahai is good at the beginning of a cold.
Yamadanishiki produced in Chiba Prefecture may be rare.
The acidity and umami spread, and it is thick and juicy. It is easy to drink as it has a slightly low alcohol content for a pure sake.
As expected, I caught a cold for a round after this.
