T.KISOScoring: ☆☆☆☆ Takashimizu is a popular sake in Akita. But this one is a rare sake in a way 🍶. Inanami is sold only to restaurants for commercial use 🌾. At a liquor store, I was told, "We only distribute it to restaurants, but we have some left over..." I was told that, "Hi✋COWCOW!" (laugh). It has a nice salty flavor and richness, just like Takashimizu. I think it's for restaurants, so it's a food sake 🍶, but it has a different aroma and flavor from light sake, and the complex taste is good👍! It is a mellow dry sake. ❣️ I think it is best at room temperature (cold) 😆. A bottle costs 2400 yen. Good cosmetics 👌 As an aside, The brewer, Akita Sake Manufacturing, has two breweries located far apart in Akita City. The main brewery is located in Kawajiri, and the Goshono brewery is located in Goshono. At the main brewery, Noboru Minagawa, the fourth generation toji (master brewer) of Akita Sake Brewery, is engaged in brewing sake using traditional Akita-style cold brewing techniques, and produces standard sake. At the Goshono Brewery, Mr. Hitoshi Kato, a master toji, works hard to brew sake with a small group of young brewers. The Goshono Brewery uses the latest equipment and traditional techniques to brew new sake. This Inanami is another sake from the Goshono brewery 😁. New brands such as Ushizutoki are sake made at the Goshono brewery 🧐.
