This sake was made by wearing an aloha shirt in the hope of "delivering even a little excitement" at the Corona disaster. The brewer said it didn't taste like lychee, but the sweetness of the unfiltered sake and the acidity from the No. 77 yeast were just right, and the lychee flavor was surprisingly good.
