やまとBon Shiboritate Junmai Daiginjo
Limited time only, apparently.
I wanted to drink Fukui sake, so I bought this along with yesterday's Bon Gold (Yamadanishiki)!
There were two types, Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, but I chose Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture!
The color was cloudy white and it looked rich.
As expected of a daiginjo, it was clear and easy to drink.
The aftertaste was also refreshing!
The moment I put it in my mouth, I could feel the carbonation.
If your tongue is as dumb as mine, I can only describe the difference between this and Bon Gold in terms of appearance.
We had it with my wife's fried oysters!
It was delicious!
