今日は神保町を少し歩いて、気になっていた日本酒の本を何冊か手に入れて帰宅。
夜に「THE SHOT 純米吟醸」を開栓。
香りは炊いた米と白い果実（メロン・白ぶどう）。少しとろみのある印象。味わいもフルーティーで、ほのかにホワイトチョコのような甘さ。ややアルコールの主張あり。余韻は中〜短め。気軽に楽しめる一本。
Picked up a few sake books in Jimbocho this afternoon and opened this “THE SHOT Junmai Ginjo” in the evening.
Aromas of steamed rice and white fruits (melon, white grape). Slightly viscous texture. Fruity palate with a touch of white chocolate and a bit of alcohol warmth. Medium-short finish. Simple and easy to enjoy.
