We had a bottle of Kamo Nishiki Kamofuda-shu Tankoba-kumi Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate.
It has a sweet aroma and a fresh, mellow flavor that is typical of freshly pressed sake! The freshness of the freshly pressed sake is also good👍.
It's a good thing that it's a kafuda sake! It tastes good no matter what you drink😊.
