Kagami純米大吟醸
さつゆうIt was served cold with sashimi of yellowtail and lotus root taro stew as an accompaniment.
At first sip, I was surprised by the surprising balance of sweet, fresh, gorgeous, and refreshing!
The introduction on the back of the bottle said, "Reminiscent of a melon..." and indeed, you can feel the freshness and crispness of the melon.
This is delicious!
