とくさんI've been drinking mostly warmed sake since it's been cold, but last year I had a heated sake called Tanzawa at a lodge in Tanzawa, a mountain in Kanagawa Prefecture, and it brought back memories of how good it was.
The Reimine, even at 60 degrees Celsius, had a core of flavor that flowed smoothly, and I heard that it could go up to 70 degrees Celsius or more, which makes me want to buy a new thermometer...
Shuhou is softer and less peculiar. After drinking Reimine, I feel like I'm missing out, but it has a different purpose and can be enjoyed in all temperature ranges.
It's recommended by many liquor stores as a heated sake, and that's saying something.
