JINThis was my first time drinking something called aged sake!
Unlike old sake, it seems to be intended to be stored for a long time from the beginning before drinking.
It seems to have been aged for five years.
It has a nice aroma, and the color is almost brown, which gives a very different impression from ordinary sake.
The taste is sour, but there are no other significant characteristics.
And the aftertaste is quite varied.
