*Cold sake.
I had a very good taste of "Orikarami SKY" in early summer, so maybe I expected too much, but it was a little disappointing.
Compared to SKY, which was characterized by its sweetness and sharpness, the overall impression was a bit vague.
The "grapefruit-inspired" taste was also true, but it didn't have any particular resonance for me.
That said.
It's a delicious sake.
I would like to follow this brewery for a while, including seasonal ones.
