Where did I buy it? I forgot 😋.
Asahitaka in an unusual green bottle 🍶.
I bought it when there was a shortage of black sake bottles for a while, which caused Asahi Taka's bottles to turn green 🦅.
Now it's already black.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It's delicious 😊.
Still the same sweet umami 👅 but with a refreshing aftertaste.
This aftertaste is what got me hooked on Asahitaka.
It's a versatile sake that can be served cold or warmed up 🍶.
It's also cosy and keeps well for a long time.
The best balanced sake to keep in the fridge at home 🍶 I want to have a bottle at home after all 😋.
