By the way, the day before yesterday, when I accompanied my sister-in-law to her driving practice, I went to a liquor store and found a sake that I had been interested in for several years! (I had given up on the idea of getting it unless I paid taxes online or through the hometown tax system, but now it's on display!
I'm so thankful for the unexpected encounter with a major liquor store that I would never normally stop by to show my sister-in-law a variety of sake, and that they're probably selling it for the regular price 😆👍.
So let's open the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is fruity and the taste is like white grapes with sweetness and umami, fading out with acidity from astringency 😄.
This grab bag of sake is a winner!
