ちゃそI recently asked a liquor store for recommendations for more summer sake and was told that this is a popular choice.
Today it will be Koshi's summer nama.
I've had Koshi many times already, but this one was just perfect because I had not had it yet and wanted to try it.
I immediately tried it and it tastes really good, but most importantly, I got the impression that it is an easy to drink sake. I don't really feel the alcohol content, but the label says it's a solid 16 degrees. This is one of those drinks that you have to be careful not to drink too much of.
I will probably be drinking mainly summer sake for a while to come, but I feel like I hit the jackpot from the start.
It was delicious.

I think most summer sake has a strong acidity, but I got the impression that this one is not that strong, especially if you chill it well in the fridge, it tastes refreshing 😊.
