酔園砂Mellow and flavorful sake!
I've had at least 4 bottles of this this year alone! 😆
Just a slight musty smell in the nose that bothers me.
Aroma: A little bit of lactic acidity (yoghurt and muscat) and a little bit of a musty smell
Taste: The moment it hits your tongue, you can feel a sense of calmness and the umami of Hiyaoroshi.
Then there is a slight sweetness, sourness and a little bitterness.
Aftertaste: When the bitterness leaves the nose, there is a slight musty smell.
There is a slight smell that bothers me, but I can't get enough of this mellow feeling of hiyaoroshi! 🍁 Delicious!
