As expected from secondary fermentation in the bottle! It took a bit of time to open the bottle, but it opened without incident✌.
A wonderful collaboration between the acidic aroma typical of Niimasa and the sweet and sour taste 🎵.
It's so refreshing and easy to drink that we finished it immediately 😊.
