I bought this sake at a liquor store because I thought the label was cool.
Today it is Mine-no-Hakubai, a sake from Niigata.
Hishiko might be more familiar to younger people, but Mine-no-Hakubai is more comfortable for old men.
When you drink it, it tastes like a melon. It is very easy to drink. However, there is a peculiar aroma. It also has a unique aroma.
I think it is closer to Fukushima sake than to Niigata sake.
Personally, I felt it was similar to Karahashi.
It is a modern type of sake, so I think it is suitable for everyone.
It was a perfect sake for the hot season.
