espI finally opened a bottle after getting it in November.
It's a thick sake with concentrated sweetness. It has a very nice feeling of the sweetness spreading in the mouth.
It's also fresh because it's new sake! I was expecting it to be piquant, but it wasn't piquant.
It was a delicious sake with a combination of good old-fashioned heaviness and juiciness.
