It has an aroma and sweetness like ripe melon, and there is not much fizz, so it is like drinking squeezed juice of melon. ⁉️
If you stir it slowly and drink it, the sweetness, lees bitterness, sourness, and gassiness mix together and double the deliciousness🥰.
I still prefer nigori sake to be drunk in a mixed state 😀.
I've already bought sake for New Year's, so I'm ready to drink it all at once 😋😋!
