It seems to be a very hard to find sake, but thankfully I received it from a friend😍.
The initial aroma is of rich pineapple and pear 😍very fragrant😍.
In the mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, but contrary to the initial aroma, a refreshing citrus acidity and aroma comes through.
Is this sake? It's so refreshing and tart that it's the first time I've tasted it 😳‼️
The aroma is of Yamadanishiki, and the taste is of rich grapefruit and lemon!
I want to chill it and drink it fast 😂.
It's not wine, not sake, not belongs anywhere, it's a strange one that overturns the image of Yamadanishiki 😳😂!
