It is Hanagaki, a famous sake from Fukui Prefecture.
It's slightly sparkling and full of ori. When you open the cork a little, the ori will mix with the automatic stirring 😊.
When I drank it, it was more umami than sweet. There is also a strong bitterness.
The taste or concept of this beer is similar to that of Beaumichel and others. It's easy to drink and schwashy.
It also looks nice. The blue bottle and the feeling of the oli pooling in the bottle is cool. I thought it was highly complete as a product.
This was a sake that made me want to drink it again next year.
