ごうThe aroma is mild and lightly iso when the bottle is opened from ice temperature. It has a clear and smooth texture with soft gas, a tangy acidity, a mineral flavor, and a gentle sweetness. It is a food sake with more umami than jungin. I like it chilled, as I do every time I drink it.
