SeigoWent to the liquor store with my mom to buy some food alcohol.
Before we went, we decided to buy it under 1,500 yen bound and this one was insisting on a mess so we brought it back 😊.
The aroma is green apple 🍏.
It has a fresh and beautiful green apple taste with a hint of grapefruit, followed by a bitter and astringent taste, which is not unpleasant but rather delicious!
The slight piquant gasiness is also great.
The freshness, lightness, and yet moderate drinkability is due to the bitterness in the latter half of the bottle.
Is such a delicious sake good for less than 1,500 yen? It's good ❗️

So I went back to my memory looking at past posts, and I remembered that the freshly opened Kinmonnishiki unfiltered unpasteurized sake might have tasted something like this.
