ひえだのFirst Hirotogawa. I found it at a liquor store I've been going to recently, so I finally bought it. At this time of the year when "Usu-nigori" is a hot topic, I dared to buy Junmai Ginjo.
The water color is beautiful and clear. There is no yellowish feeling.
The aroma is banana after a long time. It is the vinegar iso.
Faint gas feeling in the mouth.
The aroma and taste of fruity banana spreads nicely in the mouth and passes through easily. The inky feeling, or alcohol feeling, can be felt moistly.
The aftertaste is rough, with a slight sweetness like a fallen goose lingering on the tongue, and the alcohol feeling makes it sharp.
It's delicious on its own, but it's a little light on the palate, so it's not quite enough. It is suitable for sipping.
The price was around 2,000 yen, but it was a safe and tasty drink, so it may not be interesting.
I'm looking forward to the release of the sake I have reserved tomorrow. I'm not sure if it's my good luck or bad luck (wallet-wise) that I'm into sake at this time of year, but I have to be thankful for it.
