ひでゆきI am so disappointed with the Yamae Nishiki sake that I wonder what is wrong with it this year. We will have to wait for the autumn harvest... Among them, Mikotsuru is indeed a great company. They make you drink from the beginning! The hardness at the beginning is something to look forward to. I tried to match it with a lentil egg seasoned with soy sauce and raayu (Chinese red chili oil), but it was not to be outdone. I look forward to the changes in the future ^_^.
