Home drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki, Special A District, Hyogo Prefecture Sake I remembered tasting at the brewery 🍶. I bought it because it was on sale 😤. The aroma of rice when poured into a glass. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the soft sweetness and umami of the rice. The mouthfeel is soft and round. After drinking it, your tongue will feel a slight tingle. Overall, it is a quiet sake, but it is a sake with sake-like qualities. I remember the brewer saying it was a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. I like this kind of sake 🥰. I want to say that Kiku-Masamune is more than just a pin 😤 ❗️ Sake where you can genuinely taste the goodness of the rice🍶.

Good evening, Ponchan 🌙 Hyakumoku was a nice sake 😆. I remember from the introduction video of the brewery that the toji-san is obsessed with the use of the traditional sake yeast. I would like to challenge other breweries to report on the seriousness of a major brewery. ❗️
