The aroma is sour and a little harder than the Nakadori. The flavor is more umami than the chutori, which is delicious in its own way! The Nakadori is very tasty on its own, but this one seems to be easier to pair with food. Of course it is delicious on its own as well! It's drier than the Nakatori, but it's delicious! Thanks for the great sake!
