寅之助Last month, Shichiken had a very nice new sake for this year. In order to drink a variety of Shichiken this year, I bought one of the standard sake, Shichiken Sparkling 🍾.
It has a clean and refreshing taste with no habits. Slightly sweet on the palate, feeling like gassed Muscat water, no alcohol. The taste seemed a little too gentle at first, but it is easy to pair with meals. It is also nigori sake, which gave the impression of just the right concentration in the second half.
Because it is a second fermentation in the bottle, gas rises for a while after pouring it into the glass.
It is also delicious. ☺️ Sparkling sake can be pricey, so it was highly rated, including the fact that it can be purchased for around 2,000 yen ✨.
