Recently opened izakaya near the front of Kyushu University Hospital.
I have had Oyama sake before, but was attracted by the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so I ordered it.
Drink it cold.
Clear and colorless
Very mild ginjo aroma.
On the palate, it has a fruity acidity and a robust richness.
Wild flavor that is typical of unfiltered sake.
Easy to pair with sesame kanpachi and tempura.
This restaurant has a lot of unfiltered raw sake, but the rich taste was delicious and easy to match with food!
