I saw it at a direct sales place of JA and bought it. It is the kind of sake that is "clear, crisp, and dry". This is what I mean by "clear, crisp, and dry" sake. The aroma is clean and refreshing. I bought this Wakaba unfiltered sake in the summer and felt it was still young, so I let it sleep in the closet. It has a good balance of flavor, with the punch of unfiltered sake, but without losing the simple country feel of Wakaba. I put it in the closet again, but it was good enough. It's not Wakaba, but Higuchi Shinyo, a triple axel that is anything but rustic! The ROC is still very difficult, but I hope the Japanese will do their best to get on the podium!

The mid-autumn moon... I'm glad it was so bizzare yesterday. Today is not the best in my area and I'm disappointed, but the moon goes well with sake! Well, whether it's the snow, the sea, the mountains, or the cherry blossoms, I'll drink anything! At times like this, I like to have something to go with my dumplings. I found something at home that was on sale for 100 yen. It's a bottle of Wakaba's Junmai-shu, a special sake made this year for 1,800 yen. The contents are close to Wakaba's Junmai-shu. I can't get enough of the hay flavor! It also has a sense of ripeness. When it is warmed up, it has a more withered flavor. When you drink it, you can see the beautiful scenery of Mizunami. I have a complex because I was born in Osaka, a place with a lot of chaos. In Osaka, "boke" is used instead of punctuation marks, and "oraa" is used instead of reading marks. I'd rather drink something from the mountains than the sea. Although it is a small-scale sake brewery, the price is the same as that of a major sake brewery, which makes me worry if it is okay. For some reason, Suntec sent me a box of Hakutsuru, which is really cute and makes me want to buy it, even though the shipping cost is not so bad! They also offer tastings, so if you think about it, it's rather cheap.

This is an original product from Suntec, a liquor store in Gifu Prefecture (...). When I looked at the website, it was sold out, so I asked if they still had it on the brewery's website, and they called me directly to ask for more information, and they got it in right away! It arrived in less than two days after I asked, which is great! The president of Wakaba is a very nice person, and many reviews on the internet talk about the personality of the president! I also appreciate that Santek gave me a tasting as an added bonus! The taste is deep and simple like a young leaf, and it has a gentle sharpness. When paired with a meal, it even has a sense of playing a supporting role, as if to say, "I'm a supporting role. It's best served lukewarm, or if it's cold, after it's been heated and cooled. I'm glad I bought it, even though it's expensive for me at 1,800 yen for a four-pack! Wakaba is a minor brewery, but as far as I'm concerned, it can be an ace or a number four! Like Chiben Wakayama, the ace and number four do a good job. And, I'm going to connect it to Koshien forcibly and excruciatingly! Mr. Kazuhiko Ohta is on location in Kisarazu It was shaking with the unusually good fish of Boso! The golden horse mackerel is phenomenally delicious. I swear, the first time I tasted it, I screamed. It's been a long time since I've been away, so I was really excited.

It's a three-year-aged Daiginjo ──=≡Σ(((((ツ̀ω-́)ツ))) It is good to feel the graininess of Daiginjo. Wakaba has a slightly aged flavor to begin with, so this one is even more robust! It has a little acidity, so it is juicy. As the brewer explains, "make sure you get the five tastes right," and it makes sense when you let it crawl around in your mouth and taste it thoroughly! It is very mellow when heated! I don't often buy Daigin class sake, so the price of 3,000 yen scares me! When I had an extra income and bought a 10,000 yen bottle of Fat or Fat Beck's a long time ago, I was so scared that I started sweating and felt nauseous before drinking it. Izakaya is also getting more severe, and this time, Mr. Ota seemed to be really serious.
