Drinking with my wife at Tsushima Tsuru at Metropolitan Morioka New Wing on our wedding anniversary last week (laughs). We continued with Kikunotsuka Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu is a junmai-shu made by Kikunotsuka). Kikunotsuka Yo is a summer sake in the same series. This one is a matured autumn-aged sake. It is sweet but refreshing. No sticky feeling at all. The mild taste goes well with Rishiri kelp and ebi majake. I have to get up early again tomorrow, so that's all for today. Good night. (-_-)zzz

Next is Kiku no Tsukasa. Doubtful as evidenced by the year of manufacture I knew it was a twist 😭 This is a refreshing sake, but when the twinge is added, it becomes indescribable. But it's not completely bad. Thank you for the treat!

I was attracted by the cool packaging and bought it. The package was not disclosed except for the alcohol content, ingredients, and brewing process. The concept of wanting people to enjoy sake without being influenced by brand information is too good 🍶. When I read the QR, a sake tasting quiz came up. I drink it while tasting it but...well I don't know 🤔 lol It makes me want to figure it out even more. But I'm going to run out before I figure it out... It's so easy to drink and has no peculiarities! Too delicious - a successful packet purchase 🩵.

This is the first time since the management company changed. It's nice. First visit to a corner bar at Sakamoto Sake Shop near Morioka station.
