WOW!!! How can rice and water make something so delicious?! I taste notes of crème brûlée, mango, papaya, maybe even rose water?! Such a bold and full-bodied flavor without being overkill. Such a treat and I hope to find it again!!

A perfect sake with this premium chirashi!!! Full flavors of chewy fruit, even after the light aromas of cotton candy and grape juice. The mouthfeel is wide and heavy, but still left room for the sushi. In a word - chunky! I love intense white wines, so this is a new favorite. Loved this so much!!!!
