Floral, fruity and cereal on the nose. Floral, herbal, earthy and dry with a touch of umami, some sweetness and quite a bit of alcohol burn. Light body up front with a full bodied, super dry finish. Crisp and clean but not balanced. It’s interesting, 3.5 or so. It’ gets better as it rests. I like it more the closer I get to the bottom of the glass 😁
